2019 Kids Count Data Book

The Casey Foundation released the 2019 KIDS COUNT® Data Book this week. The KIDS COUNT Data Book, now in its 30th year, provides a detailed picture of how children are faring in the United States, ranking states on overall child well-being. The 2019 edition looks at how the child population has changed since the publication of the first Data Book in 1990. Related to the Data Book and its recommendation to communities and leaders, the Foundation also produced two videos highlighting key insights from the annual report and — on the KIDS COUNT Data Center — an interactive look at the Data Book and its five rankings and 16 indicators.
