State of Economic Well-Being 2023 - Session 1

Trending Challenges & Opportunities in Education

This series is open to all YTFG members, and this first session is co-sponsored by Grantmakers for Thriving Youth. During this session, speakers and network members will explore the state of education for vulnerable youth, and the long-term risks and realities they face after more than two years of disrupted schooling.

This packed 90-minute session will dig into trends in the field, discuss pressing problems and opportunties, and explore what this moment means for older youth who are in foster care, are experiencing homelessness, or are struggling to navigate the educational system.

Featured speakers represent a wide range of expertise in policy, practice, advocacy, and philanthropy.
